Information you give us

When you request a quote, contact us or arrange a flooring project, we collect the information you provide. This can include your name, email address, phone number, project address, measurements, flooring preferences, photographs and messages. Please do not send payment-card details or other sensitive information through a website enquiry form.

How we use your information

We use this information to answer your enquiry, prepare an estimate, discuss flooring selections, arrange visits, supply products, coordinate installation and provide customer or warranty support. We also keep the business records needed for these purposes and applicable legal obligations. Sending an enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to promotional emails.

Sharing and service providers

We may share the information needed to carry out the work you request with our staff, installation crews, subcontractors, suppliers or manufacturers involved in your project or warranty claim. Website hosting, form processing and communication services also process information on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information with your consent or when required or permitted by law.

Website hosting and technical information

Our website is hosted on Webflow. Website providers may process technical information such as your IP address, browser, device information and access logs to deliver, maintain and protect the service. Service providers may process information outside Canada, where different laws may apply.

Cookies, local storage and embedded tools

The site uses browser storage to remember whether a promotional coupon has recently been shown. It also includes third-party features such as Google Maps, customer review displays and a flooring visualizer. These providers may receive technical information and use cookies or similar technologies when their features load. You can manage cookies and website storage through your browser; blocking them may affect some features.

Advertising and external links

With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand website visits, and Google Ads and the Meta Pixel to measure advertising and support relevant ads. These tools may process page views, interactions, browser and device information, cookie identifiers, IP address and approximate location. We measure successful enquiry submissions separately from phone, email and directions clicks. Our measurement code does not send the contents of your enquiry form to these advertising tools, and automatic advanced matching is not enabled. Optional analytics and advertising tags load only after you choose the corresponding cookie settings. You can decline optional measurement or change your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer. Your choice is remembered for up to 180 days. Other embedded services have their own privacy practices, and external websites handle information under their own policies. We retain personal information for the purposes described here and for necessary business or legal records. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information, and limit access to those who need it for their work. No method of online transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure.
