Manufacturer product warranty
Every product we sell comes with a manufacturer warranty. Coverage, duration and claim requirements depend on the brand and product, so review the specific warranty information for your selection.
One-year installation warranty
Our installation workmanship is covered for one year from completion, including work by our crews and subcontractors engaged by Master Flooring. If we confirm a covered workmanship defect, we arrange an appropriate repair or correction at no charge. Download the general warranty above for coverage details and service instructions.
Before and after your purchase
Keep the information that matters.
Ask for the manufacturer’s warranty and care instructions for your selected floor. Keep your invoice, product details and installation records so the relevant information is available if a concern comes up.
Our support does not end when the first year is over. Contact us with later concerns and we’ll help assess the cause and discuss practical solutions. Any charges for work outside warranty coverage are discussed before proceeding.
